Terms of Use
Effective October 2026 • Clear guidelines and standards for all MockMate platform users.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, participating in mock interviews, or authoring templates on the MockMate AI-Based Smart Mock Interview Platform (“MockMate”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Privacy Policy.
2. Local AI Simulation & Scoring
MockMate provides interactive mock interview simulations and evaluations powered by AI models configured by the service operator. Evaluations, rubrics, and feedback are generated for educational preparation and personal skill development and do not guarantee hiring outcomes with third-party organizations.
3. User Conduct & Integrity
Users agree not to input malicious content, prompt injections, or abusive material. Interviewers publishing custom interview templates agree that all questions and benchmark rubrics must maintain professional relevance and respect copyright and academic integrity guidelines.
4. Interviewer Verification & Governance
Interviewers must complete identity and professional verification to publish public or link-shared interview templates. MockMate administrators maintain governance to inspect, flag, or unpublish templates and questions that violate community benchmarks.
5. Data Ownership & Deletion
You retain complete ownership of your interview responses, uploaded resume summaries, and generated reports. You may export your scorecards or permanently delete your account and records at any time.
